Learning Ayurveda, developed tens of thousands of years back, that too written in a totally foreign language, poses a unique challenge in the 21st century.
While these texts contain timeless principles of wellness, they are also intertwined with many outdated social and moral beliefs and a severe lack of clear definitions for many of the terms used. This is a challenge for any Ayurveda coach! At Vaidyagrama, we take a fresh approach to teaching Ayurveda that is updated for the modern context. While we honour tradition, we also honour clarity, simplicity and accuracy. As a result, our students can understand Ayurveda right from the beginning. Our coaching style has been praised for its ease and accessibility, allowing students to learn Ayurveda in a way that is relevant and applicable to today’s world.
